Josh Harris CPA
As a Partner at Paracle, I am responsible for setting firm-wide standards and making sure the families we serve have a positive overall experience. I am highly involved with integrating initial financial planning with investment strategy, as well as facilitating discussions with experts in areas of risk management. As life events occur, I am an additional perspective and resource, always ready to make sure our clients feel confident in their decision-making.
In 2004, the wealth management landscape was focused primarily on serving the investment needs of ultra-high net worth families. There was a gap between what those with moderate wealth were receiving and what those with massive wealth were receiving. I co-founded Paracle to better serve those with more moderate wealth, focusing on providing financial planning first, and allowing that planning to drive investment decisions.
I’m naturally inquisitive and enjoy helping people figure out how to use their finances to reach their goals. Not everyone likes to talk about money and it can be a boring (and sometimes contentious) topic. I try to bring a practical, real life perspective to financial conversations. And if I’m doing my job right, I make it a fun and enjoyable experience.
Every member of our team has an honest desire to help people. I think that’s rare and hard to find these days. When you surround yourself with people who want to make a positive difference in others’ lives, you can’t help but live life inspired.
I really enjoy boiling down complicated information into is simplest form. Everything we do should be done for a purpose and simplifying complex information into its essence is critical in understanding why we make the decisions we make.

Why did you choose your prop?
I have coached youth hockey for over ten years, from the time my oldest was four years old. I’m passionate about what the game teaches about the value of hard work, playing a role within a team, and working on a skill that takes years to master.
What else do you do like to do for fun?
I spend as much time as possible with my wife and two sons: golfing, wakeboarding/surfing, skiing, biking and enjoying the company of good friends.
If you could trade places with any person or movie character for a day, who would it be and why?
Tony Stark. I want to fly the Ironman suit and drive a convertible R8.
